There are several convenient ways to pay your bill.
Please choose one of the followings payment methods.

Remember to write down your
name/company name and your account number on the back of the cheque.
By person
You can pay your bill with credit cards / cash / Debit Card / cheque at
our office.
At most banks and financial
institutions/ Telebanking / Internet
Banking services
You can pay at the following major banks :
HSBC, Bank of Nova Scotia, BMO (Bank of Montreal), CIBC (Canadian
Imperial Bank of Commerce, Royal Bank, TD Canada Trust, VanCity Credit Union.

Pre-authorized payment or
Credit Card Payment
With City Telecom Auto-pay Services, your long
distance telephone bill payment is made automatically through your credit card
(Credit Card Authorized Payment), bank or financial institution account (Bank
Account Pre-authorized Payment).
The Auto-pay Services eliminates the need for you to write
cheques each month for your bill.
One authorization is all that is
required for long distance telephone bill payments to be made automatically
through your credit card, bank or financial institution chequing account. This
means reduced postage costs.
With Auto-pay Services there are no
cheques to get lost or stolen, you avoid the embarrassment of missed payments,
and the penalty charge for late payments as a result.
If you are away on vacation, out of town
on business, your payments will be made on time. Even postal of airline
disruptions, in most cases, will not prevent your bill payments from reaching
City Telecom on time.
Note:
- Auto-pay
Services will be effective the following month when CITI receives the
authorization form one week before the invoice date.
- A service charge of $15.00 will be applied to any Bank
Account Pre-authorized Payment charge backs.
